Terms and Refunds

I hate long T&C pages, so I’ve made this quick and easy one!

My Promise To You:

I will do everything possible to make ordering from me easy, and if anything goes wrong, I’ll make it right!
If you need ANY help with an order, please Contact Me!

I aim to post out all orders within ONE WEEK, provided that everything in your order is in stock.
If I can’t do this, I’ll be sure to let you know why, and keep you updated on your order’s progress.

If something does not meet my strict standards for quality, I will not post it out until I have a suitable replacement.

If an item in your order is back-ordered, I’ll post out the items I do have, and give you an estimate for when the rest will follow.

Back-ordered items may take up to TWO MONTHS to dispatch.
This is due to the lead-time from my suppliers and printing company.

Usually it doesn’t take this long, however!

If I am unable to fulfill any part of an order, I will always refund the items that could not be posted out.
and, if you’re unhappy with ANYTHING, just let me know!

Payments:

Payments are handled through Stripe.
This allows you to use any payment card, along with Google Pay and Apple Pay!

Upon placing an order, your payment will automagically be ‘Pre-Authorised’
This means that you won’t be charged until your order is posted!
If you’d like to be charged before then, however, please get in touch, and I can do that for you!

Unfortunately, I have had to stop supporting PayPal due to excessive fees.
But, if this is the only method you can use, please Contact Me, and I’ll see what I can do!

Refunds:

All refunds are handled through Stripe.
I’ll be sure to let you know when I’ve sent them, although they may sometimes take up to a week to process.

Privacy:

I do not ask for, or store, any data that is not absolutely necessary for your order.
After your orders are complete, your data will be deleted.
